Where we train

Each location has its own character and level. Choose a place near you or one that best fits the stage you are at.

National Stadium

Gate 11

Beginners polish posture, braking and smooth skating. Advanced skaters train Inline Alpine — sport slalom and ski preparation.

Park Szczęśliwicki

square by the rental

Beginners start on the asphalt square next to the rental. Intermediates head out onto the park paths and gentle inclines.

Ave Park

covered skatepark · entry PLN 45/person

For intermediate and up — moving around the skatepark, obstacles and skatecross training. Hardshell skates required (all-plastic, no brake).

Levels and what we teach

We match groups by level so everyone trains at the right pace. You move up a level when the instructor decides you are ready.

Beginners

  • Correct posture and stance
  • Safe falling and quick getting up
  • First push-offs and smooth skating
  • Braking — plough and alternative techniques

Intermediate

  • Skating off-square and on park paths
  • Crossovers in turns
  • Skating backwards and dynamic slalom
  • First obstacles and skatepark elements

Advanced

  • Inline Alpine — sport slalom
  • Skatecross — dynamic training
  • Speed control: T-stop, power slide
  • Preparing for competition starts

Adults who want to learn at their own pace are also welcome at our private lessons (9:00–21:00).

What to bring

  • Helmet — preferably a "nutshell" type with occiput protection.
  • A full set of knee, elbow and wrist pads — with a hard plastic layer, ideally sleeve-on.
  • Inline skates (wheels in a single line, not quad skates).
  • Water — a bottle for the participant.
  • Optional: protective shorts for those worried about falls.

Which skates?

  • For children: skates at least the class of Oxelo Fit3 — cheaper supermarket models have poor bearings that hinder learning.
  • For adults: the choice depends on foot shape and goals — come for a free consultation with an instructor.
  • A brake is not necessary — we teach alternative, more effective braking techniques.
  • At Ave Park you need hardshell skates (all-plastic, no brake) — others are harder to ride there.

Safety rules

  • Every participant — child and adult — puts on a helmet and pads BEFORE getting into the skates.
  • We match the number of instructors to the group size and level.
  • The instructor keeps every participant in their care and in sight.
  • We insist on working gear — especially skate bearings. Poor gear hinders learning and lowers safety.

Don't have gear yet? At the class you can rent skates for PLN 20, and the instructor will help with sizing and setting up the pads.
